🚨WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This cleaning company is an absolute nightmare! They are nothing but dodgy scam artists. That got not only me but also another friend moving at the same time as me. Initially quoted $550 for a bond clean on my 3-bedroom townhouse, they then demanded an additional $368.50 on-site, claiming my walls needed a deep clean. The final bill amounted to a staggering $918.40! To make matters worse, the quality of their work was appalling. The house was left in a truly horrendous state, requiring me to hire another company to reclean the carpets and the entire house, which took another 8 hours. But the incompetence doesn't end there. They also managed to break one of my sliding cupboard doors and left my hose running overnight, causing damage and excess water charges. When confronted, they shamelessly denied it. In summary, this company is an absolute disaster.
