Chop the potatos 3. Boil in a pan of boiling water for 8-10 mins until softened 4. Drain the potatos, drizzle in the oil and shake in a bowl to coat 5. Bake at 200 degrees in the airfryer for 15-20 mins until crispy and cooked through 6. Make the curry sauce by adding hot water 7. Heat the mushy peas 8.
