Personally, when I have veered off course with my nutrition or fitness, I simply do the next right thing and recreate consistency. 🫡 It boils down to this: Your day-to-day lifestyle either supports your health or it doesn't. Fad diets, poop teas or MLM smoothie gimmicks do not help support your long term optimal metabolic health. If you feel the need for a "detox," in my opinion, you're not consistently supporting your system as you should.
