Im glad it did because it turned out insane 🤩🤩 (Cookie) ✰ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt ✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit ✰ 1 egg ✰ 1 tsp cake batter extract ✰ 1/4 cup oat flour ✰ 3 tbsp coconut flour ✰ 1 scoop @1upnutrition protein in birthday cake (code fitfoodie 💖) ✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda ✰ pinch salt (Frosting) ✰ 1 cup Greek yogurt ✰ 1/3 scoop 1UP protein in birthday cake (code fitfoodie 💖) ✰ 1/4 cup powdered monkfruit (Cookie dough) ✰ 1 tbsp Greek yogurt ✰ 1-2 tsp monkfruit ✰ 1 tbsp 1UP protein ✰ 1-2 tbsp oat flour ✰ 1 tbsp choc chips (1/2 for dough, 1/2 for topping) 1. Preheat oven to 350 F 2. Mix cookie ingredients and using ice cream scoop, scoop dough into balls. 3. Bake for about 10-13 min or until set. 4. Mix frosting ingredients. 5. Mix cookie dough ingredients and roll into tiny balls. 6. Spread frosting on cookies then top with cookie dough. 7. Enjoy! - (1/4 cookies) cals 160 fat 4g carb 13g protein 18g fit is @DFYNE
