Non-fermented kimchi is so easy to make! This is called geotjeori and it’s best for beginners. Takes about 2 hours total, including prep and is SO SO YUMMY. Me and @jina kim used @eggietable’s amazing recipe since hers is made specifically to be accessible for everyone!
