You must keep the effort and intensity high to keep the emphasis on the anaerobic/ glycoltic system If you don’t you will quickly fall into more of an aerobic training stimulus. This will naturally happen around 3-5min but we are trying to keep it by modifying our effort with our bouts of exercise to keep it more anaerobic.
