super easy and delicious seviyan recipe (with questionable measurements!) ✨🌙😭 - melt 1 stick of butter with freshly ground cardamom seeds (seeds of 8 pods) - add one packet of vermicelli, mix until the vermicelli is all coated in the butter - add 3/4 of a gallon ish 🤷🏽‍♀️ of whole milk - add 2 cups of sugar (i ended up adding 1/2 cup more later) - let it come to a boil and thicken a bit - add 1/2 quart of half and half ish 🤷🏽‍♀️ to the boiling seviyan - add a pinch of salt - add 1/2 teaspoon ish 🤷🏽‍♀️ of vanilla bean paste (my secret ingredient) - let it come to one more boil - I added almonds as garnish (not shown) Okay but seriously, comment below how you say it and which part of Pakistan you are from 🤍🇵🇰 Eid Mubarak!! #eid #eidmubarak #seviyan #seviyanrecipe #pakistani #pakistanifood #punjabi #pakistanirecipe #eidrecipe
