If you do a fasted workout, you can actually build more muscle 😱? Apparently is backed clinically? Man some people if you listen to them, you will actually believe what they are saying to be true. Please people out there, understand that to gain muscle, you need to be calorie surplus, eat high in protein and train well to grow. Your goal is to eat 2hrs before your workouts so you are able to have energy for your workout especially if you struggle to have energy in the morning.
