You really need to get to know your ideal audience member that would ACTUALLY turn into a paying customer or client for your business. A web designer who specializes in website for hair salons is going to have a completely different ideal audience than someone who is a therapist for military veterans. You need to know the demographics of your ideal audience member. Things like age, gender, socioeconomic status, location, etc. But you also need to get to know their psychographics as well.
