Some of my pull day at @tulumjunglegym People always ask about rep ranges. I enjoy staying between 6-10 reps. There’s evidence behind the reasoning for hypertrophy purposes but I also just lose focus after 10 reps. With the decrease in focus the contraction is different. So personal preference I stick to lower reps, keeping everything intense, focused, slow and controlled. Making sure that all the damn muscle fibers I’m targeting are screaming by the end set.
