How to make the perfect sandwich bread! This loaf is great for beginners! Ingredients: 1 packet of rapid rising yeast 2.5-3 tablespoons of sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons of softened butter (salted or unsalted it fine) 3 cups flour 1 1/4 cups warm water *microwaved for 1 min! Overheat your water because it will kill your yeast** At all of the ingredients and whisk, whisk whisk ! Then, with your hand play with your dough lol some people prefer to keep it in the bowl and some people prefer to lay it flat while theyâre kneading! Youâre going to do this for about five minutes until your dough is soft and no clumps! I occasionally will add a little bit of flour at a time on my hands to help with this process! Once you finish that, add to a very large bowl and cover with saran wrap! Make sure you seal it tight and cover it with a towel, so no light and no air gets in! Let it rise for one hour! Once it has risen, punch all of the air out and added a little bit of flower and weâre gonna roll our dough.. seen in the video! I usually roll it for one to two minutes! Then form it into a beautiful bread loaf shape and it to your pan! Cover with saran wrap, and a towel again, and let it rise for about 20 minutes! Meanwhile, turn your oven on 350°! Once the oven is ready and the dough has risen a second time, remove the saran wrap and put the bread loaf into the oven for 28 minutes! it will look golden brown when itâs done ! Take it out let it cool on a cooling rack, so the bottom doesnât get wet or soggy** super important part lol** and the slightest bit of butter on top. I like to use room temperature because if you use cold butter, it starts to bubble the crust on top. Everything that I use in the video is linked on my Amazon ! And yes, you have to have a bread keeper⌠this will keep your bread super fresh! Feel free to freeze your bread as well and use for a different day! Let me know if you have any questions and donât forget to save for later ! PS I used talk text lol so if thereâs anything random in this caption just know why
