Let’s prep a steak salad! 🥗 For the marinade: 1 Bunch Cilantro 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Whole Lime, chopped 1/4 Cup Olive Oil Salt & Pepper 1 Lb Skirt Steak Combine all marinade ingredients in a food processor. Add to a bag (I used a 1/2 gallon @stasherbag ) and then add in skirt steak. Let marinate for at least four hours, but preferably overnight. For the salad: Marinated Skirt Steak 1 Head Romaine, Chopped 4 Peppers, Chopped 1/2 Cup Jicama, chopped 1/2 Cup Pickled Red Onion Tomatoes 🥩 Grill the skirt steak to your preferred doneness (I did about 3 minutes per side) let rest. 🫑 Using the same grill pan, grill the peppers until they’re starting to blister.
