Burgers Are Underrated For Fat/Weight Loss.. Now look, I’m NOT one of those people whose going to tell you NEVER eat a fast food or restaurants burger.. BUT I’m currently on a Fatloss phase with a 200g protein goal.. So if I can fit 2 burgers in to hit that, then why can’t you..
