weekly round up !!! 🤸🏽🫶🏼🏃🏼🏋🏼♀️🤪 Hybrid training feeling GOOOOOD at the moment, my obvious focus is running & training for my half marathon at the moment which I am LOVING but along side that I am focusing on strength!
