Day 2 of 14 no sugar challege! Tackling the hard part of socializing and eating out! This was not too bad but i have to keep an eye on what they sneak in sauces and marinades. Luckily my favorite drink is less than half a gram of sugar! I did forget seaweed salad can contain sugar (even though it is low) but the portion was so small that i am going to estimate about 3 g. Not stoked, but overall a single apple has over 6x that amount of sugar! So i will give myself some grace
