This building was an eye clinic back in the early 1900s. Then it become Department of Health building which then was abandoned and becomes a dangerous building due to decay. A pastry company then acquired the building and preserved what was possible. They apparently took a bit of inspiration from Hogwarts for the inside while incorporating the old facade. Now this building are fully stocked with amazing pastries packaged in a beautiful nostalgic patterns. They also have a coffee shop, restaurants and iconic ice cream spot.
