Im delivering! 😂 Miso Cod recipe below! 2 4-6 oz pieces of Alaskan Cod 3 Tablespoons of Mirin 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons of Water 1/3 cup of sugar 3/4th cup of miso Add all ingredients except the Cod into a pan and combine. Cook down until thick and pasty again. Cool the marinade and then place in your Cod. Marinate for at least an hour or overnight for best results. Remove cod and place on a pan.
