My boy Julian’s lifting schedule ✨ 3x per week. His lifts last around an hour to an 1 and 15 minutes max. He also prioritizes getting steps in when he can. That’s it ya’ll. He isn’t in the gym 6 days per week, and he doesn’t need to be. You don’t either. Y’all are capable of investing time into yourselves each week to see meaningful change.
