It was fajita night again! Like I mentioned before, I have to make fajitas at lease once a week. It’s definitely a favorite in this household. 😊 To complement the steak & shrimp fajitas I prepared a homemade tomatillo & Serrano pepper hot sauce, guacamole & and heirloom tomato pico de gallo.
