Replying to @Ashe RECIPE below 🫡 I feel like taste-wise we have made leaps and bounds 🙏 but still working on the presentation 🥲 thoughts? INGREDIENTS: - Pack of puff pastry - 150g spinach 🌱 - couple leaves of basil - 100g cream cheese 🧀 - 70g feta - 30g Parmesan - 3 garlic cloves 🧄 - Onion powder 1tsp - Pepper 1tsp - 1x Egg for egg wash 🥚 INSTRUCTIONS ✍️ Preheat oven 180 C fan 🔥 Wash and dry your spinach + basil, then roughly chop 😇 In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients (apart from egg for egg wash)🥣 Combine both spinach and cheesy bits to make the filling 🤤 Roll out your puff pastry and cut into rectangles 🔪 Use maybe a tsp (?) of the filling in each rectangle - depends on how wide they are 👀 Fold the two sides over to encase filling and SEAL PROPERLY Mix egg in bowl then brush lightly over your little parcels of goodness 🎁 Place into the 180 C fan oven for 20 mins and enjoyyy ✨ #disneycooking #disneybaking #kronksspinachpuffs #emperorsnewgroove #spinachrecipe
