because being busy is not an excuse to skip a meal !!! (neither is not feeling hungry, but that’s a topic for another day) if you’re a chronic “I don’t have time to eat” Or “I’m too busy to make a meal” First of all, yes we do have time. We’re not too busy. You’re a better human when you feed your body. Stop buying into that narrative 🫶 Secondly, maybe we’re just not thinking of time efficient options! Here are my top 3 “I don’t have time to make something” meals ⬇️ 1. A sandwich with some fruit & fun snack of choice — Usually chips or popcorn, but sometimes a go macro bar! It’s high protein, gets me some micros, takes all of 5 min to make & is easy to take on the go if needed. 2. Smoothie with fruit, pb, protein powder/greek yogurt, milk — This is my tried & true on the go meal. Easy to take in the car/to work, packed with micros & high in protein. I would just suggest adding some fat in there to help you stay satisfied longer! 3. Bento box style snack plate — it’s giving adult lunchables & I’m here for it. I aim for a protein, fat, carb, & fruit/veg. Usually opt for some cottage cheese or a couple cheese sticks, strawberries, crackers & pb or hummus! What’s your go to quick meal!?
