Biscoff Tiramisu π€ ASMR π β’ 1 Quart Heavy Whipping Cream 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese Lady Finger Cookies 10 oz Biscoff Cookie Butter for Filling 2 oz Biscoff Cookie Butter for Topping 1/3 Sugar (or Any Sweetener) for Filling 1 TBSP Sugar for Coffee 1 TSP Coffee β’ 1. Whip 1 quart of heavy cream until soft and fluffy. 2. After whipping add in 10 oz of melted biscoff cookie butter, 8 oz mascarpone cheese, and 1/3 cup of sugar. 3. Whip together. (Pro Tip: It will be even fluffier if you whip heavy cream, biscoff butter, mascarpone cheese, and sugar all at once instead of separately like I did.) 4. Prepare 1/2 cup of coffee using 1 teaspoon ground coffee and 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to your liking). 5. Dip ladyfingers cookies in coffee and begin to assemble in layers of cookies and whipped filling. 6. Top with melted biscoff butter and crushed biscoff cookies. 7.
