Recipe in caption! 250g chicken thighs 120g cornflour 1/2 sweet onion diced 1/2 green pepper sliced 1 tsp crushed chillies 1 fresh red chilli 2 spring onions 4 garlic cloves Chicken marinade: 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1/4 tsp white pepper 1 tsp garlic paste 1/4 tsp baking soda Spice Mix: 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice 1/4 tsp chicken powder 1/4 tsp MSG Cut the chicken into pieces and add all marinade, leave for at least 15 minutes Add all the spice mix into a small bowl Toss the chicken in cornflour Heat oil to 175c and cook the chicken until golden brown Add a tbsp of oil to a wok then cook the garlic for 30 seconds, add your onion, peppers and chillies Add the chicken, add the spice mix and toss to coat.
