#TikTok says photo posts are now a thing, so i am testing out some of my favorite shots from a post-snow day ok Everest Basecamp trek. Anyone here still like photos over videos? This was day 6 of 11, and it was an “acclimization day” which means we had to hike up to around 15k feet then back down to 13.5k feet. I saw maybe 20 other hikers on my Everest Basecamp trek….and about 200 animals! Preface: i went before the official season started when it is colder but way less crowded. During high season these trails are PACKED with people! The animals are carrying supplies up to the teahouses for the trekkers — tourism is the main income for the Sherpa people in this region. #ebc #everest #mteverest #everestbasecamp #mylifesatravelmovie #nepal #solofemaletraveler #adventurelife
