Recently I got some salt and vinegar spice and they taste amazing Ingredients: ( recipe makes 1 serving: 113 calories) 1 medium potato Seasoning of choice ( I used salt & dried herbs) Method: wash and dry your potato. Slice your potato as thinly as possible using a knife or mandolin. Place your slices on a plate lined with parchment paper (make sure that the potato slices do not overlap).
