#HORMELCHILIPartner Easy Smoked Chili and Queso Dip featuring one of my favorite childhood snacks @hormelchili. #easyrecipe #hormelchili #dip #queso #sponosor Ingredients: 1 Can HORMEL ® Chili 1 lb American Cheese 1 lb Pepper Jack Cheese 1 – 12oz canned diced tomatoes 1 – 2 diced Jalapeños ½ bunch Cilantro Chopped 1 – 12oz can Evaporated Milk 2 Tsp Taco Seasoning Instructions: 1. Place all the ingredients except the taco seasoning in an aluminum pan in piles so that it's somewhat even. No need to mix or stir just yet. 2. Start your smoker and get it up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and then place the pan directly on the smoker for 30-40 minutes and just long enough to absorb the smoke flavor and able to stir the ingredients together. 3. Then stir to combine all the ingredients and once that is done place back on the smoker for another 15-20 minutes. 4. Lastly, season with Taco Seasoning and stir very well.
