Korang kena cuba recipe ni, tapi maybe buat sehari sebelum raya so at least sempat saji tetamu, i punya dah habis so kena bake sekali lagi 😅 Today I'm sharing this delicious Upside Down Banana Chocolate Chip cake! It's soft and moist, a slice isn't enough! You must try this and share your pictures and videos with me! ❤️ Bahan-bahan: 4 pisang (saya guna cavendish) sederhana, dikupas dan dipotong memanjang Caramel: 100g gula perang halus 50g mentega tapa garam 2 sudu besar madu 1 sudu teh esen vanila Sedikit garam Adunan kek: 125g mentega tapa garam 165g gula perang lembut 1 sudu teh esen Vanila 2 biji telur 275g pisang ranum 185g tepung gandum 1 ½ sudu kecil serbuk penaik 2 sudu kecil serbuk kulit kayu manis ½ sudu kecil soda bikarbonat 200g cip coklat semi sweet 1 sudu teh garam Cara penyediaan: Panaskan ketuhar hingga 160°C (forced fan setting). Sapukan sedikit mentega dan alaskan loyang bulat 9 inci dengan kertas minyak. Cairkan gula perang, mentega dan garam dalam kuali pada api sederhana, kacau sehingga gula cair. Masukkan esen vanila dan madu dan gaul sehingga dapat konsistensi yang likat dan licin. Tuangkan ke dalam loyang yang telah disediakan, ratakan hingga menutupi kertas minyak dan ketepikan. Dengan menggunakan mixer kek, pukul mentega, gula dan esen vanila menggunakan whisk hingga kembang dan berkrim. Masukkan telur satu persatu. Masukkan adunan kering dan pukul pada kelajuan paling rendah sehingga sebati. Masukkan pisang yang telah dilenyek dan cip coklat dan adunkan perlahan mengunakan senduk sehingga sebati. Tuangkan adunan kek ke dalam loyang yang telah disediakan dan letakkan di atas tray yang telah dialas dengan kertas minyak dan bakar selama 50-60 minit atau sehingga lidi yang dicucuk keluar bersih. Biarkan kek selama 10 minit sebelum diterbalik kan. Terbalikkan kek perlahan-lahan di atas pinggan hidangan dan tanggalkan kertas parchment. Boleh hidangkan terus Kalau korang tak sabar macam I 😅 atau tunggu sejuk supaya cip coklat tak cair. Ingredients: 4 medium (about 170g each, with skin) ripe bananas, peeled and cut lengthways Caramel: 100g softly packed brown sugar 50g unsalted butter, diced 2 tbsp honey 1tsp vanilla A pinch of salt Cake: 125g unsalted butter 165g soft brown sugar 1 tsp Vanilla essence 2 eggs 275g mashed very ripe banana 185g all purpose flour 1½ tsp baking powder 2 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp bicarbonate soda 200g semi sweet chocolate chip 1 tsp salt Method: Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Grease and line a 9 inch round cake pan with a parchment paper. Melt brown sugar, butter and salt in a pan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until sugar dissolves and starts to bubble. Add vanilla essence and honey and mix until you get a smooth consistency. Pour into the prepared pan, spread to cover the base then set aside to cool slightly. Arrange sliced bananas in cake pan over caramel and set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, bicarbonate soda and salt and set aside. Using a cake mixer, whisk butter, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry mixture and beat on lowest speed until just combined. Add mashed bananas and chocolate chips and fold gently until combined. Pour cake batter into prepared pan and place on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Let the cake sit for 10 minutes before flipping. Gently flip cake over a serving plate and remove parchment paper.
