🧊In my freezing era🧊 While it was my first time freezing the tuxedo cake, i freeze our leftovers all the time for quick & easy meals or snacks. I find that the more I can organize and prepare beforehand the more time I save (and the less stressed I am!) I grabbed one of those cold costco rotisserie chickens today for $5.99, took all the meat off and froze it so that i can turn it into enchiladas later this week or next. I also froze some sauage penne that we made over the weekend so that we have backup school lunches for our kids in the coming weeks. I get a lot of questions about how we organize our freezers and the truth is that i don’t really have any kind of structured system. But i do try to shop from my freezer before going to the store and I also look through it to asses what we have every other week or so.
