Hi macaron lovers! In this short video I show you how to use Saran Wrap to make multicolored macarons. I made these multicolored macarons using my Italian Meringue Macaron Recipe. I fold in my meringue until just combined with my dry ingredients and egg white paste, and then split my batter into 3 equal parts. I use a food scale to first weigh the total weight of my batter and then divide it evenly into 3. I try to add the correct amount of coloring that I’ll need that way I don’t have to keep adding, keep folding and mess up my batter. If any of the colors gets overfolded that will cause see through/fragile shells, hollow shells, and/or flat macarons. I used colors from The Sugar Art Gel line! “Hot Pink” “Lilac” I used a combination of “Lime” and “Turquoise Waters” to get the minty green but they have an individual “Mint” color
