Does this sound familiar? It's something that is all to common in women and something I struggled with for years. It is especially common with PCOS and I think it's a combination of overrestriction, hunger from insulin resistance, lack of fiber, and mental health components. Even when doing all the tricks in this video, sometimes a binge happens. Fueling up adeuquately during the day DEFINITELY helps, but isn't a cure all. Here’s what to do when it happens despite doing all you can to eat healthy👇🏼 ✨Regulate Your Nervous System : try breath work like a mediation, YouTube arms video going outside, affirmations, sauna work. ✨focus on self-compassion : binges happen for a reason - so they are valuable learning opportunities about your triggers like anxiety, work stress, etc. ✨refrain from restriction: After an eating too much, it's super tempting to engage in estrictive eating or extreme exercise to “undo” the binge. However, this approach can perpetuate the binge eating cycle of restriction → binge eating → guilt → restricting again ✨ reflect: journal, speak to a loved one or a health professional if you feel like your binging is going way beyond just snacking too much at night. #bingeeaiting #bloodsugarbalance #womenshealth #womenshormones #healthylifestyle
