More and more people are being diagnosed due to a shift in awareness and diagnostic criteria. Autistic people CAN have jobs and succeed in their careers. Some autistic people cannot leave the house, but some can. Autism is a spectrum and levels of support needs differ from person to person. Being autistic doesnt automatically mean the person is antisocial.
