Preheat oven to 350 F 2. Add 1/2 the oil, onions. tomatoes, cappers, and lemon slices to a baking dish. Add seasonings to the veggies. 3. Place the salmon fillet over the top of the veggies and pat dry with a paper towel. 4. Drizzle remaining olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the salmon. Add seasonings to salmon. 5.
