This Creamy Lemon Pasta is the ZEST! I made it with @Banzaπππ« shells π Cook 1 package of banza according to box instructions. Save 1 cup of pasta water. After, add 3 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Mince 2 cloves of garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the juice of one lemon, 1/4 cup of dry white wine and cook for a few minutes to deglaze the pan. Then, stir in 1.5 cups of heavy cream and mix well. Bring to a simmer and season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley & garlic/ onion powder. Next, add your cooked banza pasta and a dash of pasta water. Mix well and let cook together for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and more pasta water as needed until creamy. In a new pan, add 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs with 1 tbsp of butter. Season with salt/ garlic powder. Cook until lightly browned on medium heat. Top your pasta with more lemon, parm, the breadcrumbs and parsley. Enjoy!! #lemonpasta #pasta #fyp
