47 days no chocolate/sweets/crisps/cookies/junk etc… These are my usual weaknessess which is why I chose to give them up. I wanted to jump into a lent challenge this year to see what I could achieve. I’ve definitely reduced body fat, so my goal now is to continue on this path whilst building more muscle. It’s nice to feel like I’m getting myself back into a good routine and condition, after a physically challenging start to 2024. I’ve enjoyed the 100% rule for the past 47 days, and sometimes I prefer this to an 80/20 because it gives me focus and discipline. 👊 Anyway, happy Easter to you!
