BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP MINI EGG BANANA BREAD π€€ you actually HAVE to try making this! So deliciously moist and fluffy - the most perfect easter weeked treat for you and the family to share πΈπ§‘π«πΈπβ¨π£π©· RECIPE Ingredients: 3-4 ripe bananas X1 large egg 100g unsalted butter Vanilla extract 10 tablespoons plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of sea salt Chocolate chunks (optional) Crushed mini eggs to top Method 1) pre heat oven to 180 and line a tin with grease propf paper 2) melt the butter in a saucepan on a med - high heat - it will bubble and froth. Do this until the butter strats to brown. You will smell almost a nutty, caramel scent. Pour into a bowl to cool 3) mash bananas in a bowl, then add the egg, vanilla and the butter and whisk until combined 4) add in slowly the flour, baking powder and sea salt and gently combine (but do not over mix) 5) add your chocolate chunks or fruit or nothing! 6) pop in the oven for 25/30 mins or until golden brown on top or when you put a knife in the middle it comes out clean. 7) add your toppings. I chose crushed mini eggs and chocolate chunks.
