This is going to be your new favourite dip to always have in the fridge!🤤 This super easy edamame & kale dip is high iron, protein, essential nutrients and great for every phase of your cycle! 🔹 1 cup packed kale (massage with lemon juice & let rest 5 mins) 🔹1 cup thawed & shelled edamame 🔹1-2 tbsp lemon juice 🔹1 small clove of garlic 🔹1/4 cup olive oil 🔹Splash of cold water 🔹Salt & pepper to taste Blend to desired consistency (I like to keep mine a little chunky) & refrigerate for up to 5 davs in non-plastic tupperware! It's also super versatile! Add some nutritional yeast for B vitamins & more protein with a cheesy flavour! Throw in a bit of cavenne to boost circulation and for a spicy kick. Add in an avocado for more healthy fats, fibre and a smoother texture! The options are endless & it goes on everything from simple crackers to sandwiches, wraps & with your favourite eggs, chicken or fish dishes!
