There are so many other ways that I use my hands, wrists, and arms in belly dance—they’re so fun to play around with! These are just some of the basics. They can bring attention to or away from any b•dy part and exaggerate any movement. There’s also a lot of power in keeping them completely still and letting other movements shine on their own. I made this video because I was recording a new tutorial for my Belly Dance Basics pr0gr@m 🥰 You can join my on|!ne self-paced c•urses at the |!nks in my b!0. If you want to belly dance together in person, €arly b!rd r€g!stration is open for my €vent in Los Angeles on April 20th, also |!nked in my b!0 ❤️ 20 p€rc3nt of proceeds go to support hum@n!t@rian @!d in P@|€$t!ne 🫒 #bellydance #culture #tradition #tutorial #diversity #survivor #disability #mobility #inclusion #joy #expression #womensrights #women #movement #community #recovery #healing #womenempowerment #bodypostivity #exercise #tanzania #african #dance #lgbtq #sisterhood #music #dress #fashion #danceislife #losangeles
