This chopped salad is absolutely delicious, but feel free to mix & match the ingredients to best fit your taste buds!!! For my fav salad: (Makes 1 large salad) The dressing: 1 1/3 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon tahini 1/2 tablespoon mustard Touch of garlic powder, salt, pepper Squeeze of lemon 1/2 cup chickpeas 6 olives 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese diced (mozzarella works too) 1/2 cup cucumbers sliced 1/2 cup diced salami 2/3 cup rotisserie chicken shredded 2 tablespoons pepperoncinis 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion 1 1/3 cups packed lettuce Enjoy!!🤍
