I’ve been craving carrot cake this week with Easter coming up so I found this zero sugar recipe! This mug cake is the perfect size and came out so yummy🥕 Ingredients: -1/2 cup shredded carrots -1 egg -2 tbsp melted butter -1 tbsp heavy cream -3/4 cup almond flour -Small handful of crushed walnuts -2 tbsp powdered sweetener- I used Swerve -(monkfruit or xylitol also works) -2 tsp cinnamon -1 tsp pumpkin spice -1 tsp baking powder -Cream cheese for frosting Directions: -Mix dry ingredients: almond flour, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, baking powder, powdered sweetener, and crushed walnuts -Add wet ingredients: grated carrots, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream -Stir with a fork until well combined -Fill mug with your batter -Microwave at 800W for 5 mins -Enjoy straight from mug or turn upside down on a plate -Top with cream cheese for frosting ☺️ #healthycarrotcake #zerosugarcake #0sugar #lowsugarcarrotcake #carrotcake #carrotcakerecipe #easterdesserts #healthyeaster #healthyeastertreats #easterfood
