Replying to @Kate Warda Pistachio Ashta filled pastry cones 🥰 To make the cones i wrapped strips if puff pastry around a cone mould. Brushed with egg and baked for about 20min at 200°C or until golden. Once cooled dip the opening of cone in melted chocolate then crushed pistachios. Mix approximately 1/2 a portion of Ashta (ashta recipe here @thelebaneseplate ) with 1/3 cup of pistachio spread & use this mix to pipe into & fill pastry cones 🤗 #ramadan2024 #ramadanrecipes #pastrycones #easydessert
