60lb Dragonslayer updates, around the world and x swings are unlocked, and I can do overhead swings for 5 painful reps. I’m almost as strong with the 60lb sword now as I was with the 20lb sword when I first started. Which means in a year I should acclimate to this weight as well. Bulk is going great, I weigh 185lbs now (started at 165) Still want to gain another 15lbs though. Getting to 200 will help me have the size and strength to control heavier swords as well. .
