I guess tattoo therapy and gym therapy may not be enough anymore π₯΄ Personally, I had to take a break from therapy because at one point I thought it wasnβt helping me anymore because our sessions would go off on tangents not relating to the reason why I was in therapy in the first place. to be honest now that I am on the proper dosage of medicationβs to help my mental health things have been really progressing in a positive direction. Therapy did however, help me organize my thoughts and work on my communication with other people - I am working on this every single day. Also, having a really great support system has been very helpful. Every day is a new day. We take things one day at a time over here. The waves come and go, and with each one Iβm able to hold my breath a little bit longer, so I come out on top every time, and I am so proud of myself .
