This is a decadent peanut butter chocolate lava cake for one and with 32g of protein-and only 200 calories- don’t mind if I do! In a small bowl whisk together: 30g Sweat Ethic protein powder 1 tosp cocoa powder 10g powdered peanut butter (I used PB2) 7g Fiber Gourmet all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder Once the dry ingredients are mixed, to the same bowl add 65ml cashew milk (sub any plant based milk), 3tbsp egg whites, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Bake at 350 for 14ish minutes..a little longer if you don’t want too much gooey lava center. Added peanut butter on top is optional and will be extra calories.
