COOKIE CRISP MARSHMALLOW TREAT BARS🍪🥣 #asmr Did you know you can make Rice Krispy treats with pretty much any cereal? I went for a childhood classic: Cookie Crisp. ✨Ingredients: •1 10-ounce bag marshmallows •4 tablespoons butter •6-8 cups cereal (it can be any cereal) •Pinch of salt In a large microwavable bowl, place marshmallows and butter. Microwave at 30-second intervals, mixing in between, until the butter and marshmallows are melted thoroughly combined. Sprinkle salt and add cereal on top; mix using a spatula until combined. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or generously grease and place the sticky cereal on top, pressing down with a spatula to create an even layer. You can also rub some oil on your hands and use them to press down. I like adding a little extra cereal so the top layer isn’t coated in marshmallow and you can see the mini cookies. Let it cool for an hour before cutting. So let’s make a version using my favorite nuts 👀 ✨Ingredients: •1 cup water •1/3 cup sugar •4 croissants •35 gr pistachio butter (l!nked in stories / storefr0nt) •60 gr cane sugar •60 gr almond flour •1 medium egg •chopped pistachios In a small saucepan, bring water and 1/3 cup of sugar to a boil to make a syrup. Cool down. Preheat oven 350°F and cut croissants in half. In a bowl, combine pistachio butter with sugar. Then add almond flour, combine, and lastly add egg to form a paste. Brush sugar syrup on the inside and outside of the croissant and then spread the pistachio paste inside. Close the croissant and spread more paste on top and top off with chopped pistachios.
