Imagine you have 200 agents in the Philippines 🇵🇭 that you hired to work for under one of the Fortune 500 contracts you secured at $22/HR & your agents service a minimum of 40 hours/ week. You’re paying your agents in the Philippines $4-5/HR VS paying someone in America $20+/HR & they aren’t necessarily satisfied with even that. If we do the math that’s a $17-$18 profit VS $2 profit. Weekly profit of $136K VS $16K. (200 agents X 40 hours minimum X Profit ) This is why I expanded my call center overseas, realizing I was missing out on a whole BAGGGGGG 😱 not to mention the retention is better overseas because they don’t come across many opportunities such as mine like people in America do 🤷🏽♀️ Regardless of where I hire it’s still profit. Jamaica I pay my agents $8/HR , Dominican Republic $6/HR, Belize $11/HR , Philippines $4-$5/HR. What makes owning a virtual call center different than starting an VA recruiting business is that we secure REAL Fortune 500 contracts who are guaranteed to pay , give long term positions and roles rather than just being placed under anyone business who can at any moment decide they don’t need VA’s anymore.
