Family-Sized Greek Chicken Gyro in a Bowlš„ Ingredientsā¬ļø * 4 boneless, skinless diced chicken breasts * 8 tbsp Big Phat Greek from @Angus & Oink * 1 cucumber, diced * 4 tomatoes diced * 1 red onion, thinly sliced * Fries * Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade) * Warm pita bread, for serving Instructions: * Marinate the chicken in a bowl with the delicious Big Phat Greek from Angus & Oink * Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. * Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. * Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and nicely charred. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes. * Toast the pita breads. * In a large bowl, place the pita bread then add the chicken, tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, fresh coriander. * Get your hot fries from the air fryer and season it with the Fries With That from Angus if you want to take your normal fries to the next level. * Enjoy!
