Gluten Free Goldfishies - follow me for more. RECIPE: 7-8 ounces shredded @rumianocheese (cheddar) 1 3/4 cups almond flour Pinch of @redmondrealsalt 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons or a splash lemon juice Pinch of turmeric (for color) - optional Punch of paprika (for color) - optional Mix everything in a food processor until combined. Roll out between two pieces of parchment paper about 1/6 of an inch. Use a fish cookie cutter (or any shape) and place the little fish onto a cookie sheet. I used the backend of a honey dipper to get them out. Sprinkle with a little more salt (optional) and bake at 350 for 10 to12 minutes. Once you see them start to brown on the edges take them out immediately and let them cool on a wire rack. Store in cookie jar or loosely sealed container. I was inspired by @gretchy on IG to make my son goldfish crackers. I used to make homemade cheese it crackers and already had this goldfish cookie cutter in my stash so this was a no brainer!
