But most people who are stuck in the self-employed mindset struggle to understand this because they think hiring staff is an expense instead of an investment. Every time I hire another staff member, my income goes up. 📈 Pay someone 20 bucks an hour to do 5 hours a day of work so that you can work on things that pay you 1,000 bucks an hour.
