I’m really passionate about a good rib 🤌🏼 Recipe 2-2.5 lbs baby back ribs, membrane removed* 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce 8 oz apple juice Salt, to taste 1. Preheat oven to 300F. Season both sides of the ribs with salt. Lay out on a large baking sheet (if you need to, you can cut the ribs in half to fit them on your pan). Pour about 1/2 of the BBQ sauce mixture on the ribs. Use a spoon to spoon as much of the mixture on top as you can. *Note: you’ll need to remove the membrane from the ribs- most butchers will do this for you! 2. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours. 3. Meanwhile, add your remaining BBQ sauce mixture to a small saucepan. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. After 2 hours, remove the aluminum foil and baste the ribs with the thickened bbq sauce. Increase oven temperature to 400F. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy! #ribs #bbqribs #glutenfree #dairyfree #easymeals #healthyrecipes #highprotein #grainfree #paleo #healthylifestyle #falloffthebone #babybackribs
