Mums… if your kids don’t eat veggies… hide them!! Yes, I still offer veggies daily as whole foods to encourage new foods. I know that kids not eating their veggies is a phase. But in the meantime, I’m so team “hide the veggies” to get some in them. Here’s the recipe… ✨ Pizza Puff Squares ✨ Cut a puff pastry sheet into 4 equal squares. Pop them on a lined baking try, brush with egg wash (or replace with milk, butter or olive oil). Top with grated veggies (I used zucchini) & then cover with your favourite pizza toppings. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until the toppings are cooked & cheese is melted.
